RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS: Appointments may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice. All sales are final. Refunds are only available within 24 hours of purchase (less a 5% processing fee). Services, packages, memberships, and gift certificates are non-refundable thereafter and may be issued as account credit at our discretion. Cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments will be charged the full appointment fee. LATE ARRIVALS: Late arrivals may shorten your session. Full service fees apply.
