Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ OUR OFFICE POLICY: *** We are kindly asking all clients to NOT WEAR PERFUMES/COLOGNES help prevent allergic reactions. *** POST SURGICAL CLIENTS: Please bring your garments, boards, and wound care with you. Clients in acute post surgical stages need to be in assistance during their visit. *** PREPAYMENT OR DEPOSIT: To confirm your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. *** RESCHUDELING: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Changes made within this window will not incur additional fees. *** CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a refund or credit, depending on the service booked. Cancellations made after this window will result in a cancellation fee. *** LATE ARRIVALS: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. Full session fees still apply. Arrivals over 15 minutes past the scheduled time may be considered a no-show. *** NO-SHOW POLICY: No-shows will result in a fee equivalent to the session cost. *** HEALTH & WELLNESS POLICY: If you are feeling unwell or are unable to attend due to health reasons, please notify us as soon as possible. We may reschedule your appointment at no charge with appropriate notice. *** PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY: Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to their appointment to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. *** ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior. SEXUAL SERVICES are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
