Preparing for Your Appointment

Please arrive well hydrated.

Avoid perfumes, colognes, lotions, or scented laundry detergents prior to your session.

Some clients, including those recovering from cancer, autoimmune conditions, or chemical sensitivities, may be extremely sensitive to fragrances and chemicals.

New Client Arrival

New clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to complete intake forms.

Free consultation is included with the initial appointment.

Cancellation Policy

24 Hours or Less Before Appointment: 100% of the session fee will be retained. No-shows are subject to the same policy.

Purchase & Refund Policy

Purchases made in error may qualify for a refund if requested within 24 hours of the original transaction. Approved refunds are subject to a 5 percent processing fee.

Session packages (3, 6, or 10 sessions) are non-transferable. Sessions cannot be transferred to another person.

If you wish to gift massage therapy to someone, please purchase a gift card instead of booking sessions in your name for another person.

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Gift cards do not expire and can be used toward any service offered at My Tampa Massage.

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Please treat your gift card like cash.

Health & Safety

Treatment rooms, linens, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each client.

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications prior to your appointment.

If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to a contagious illness, please reschedule your appointment.

Scope of Practice

Licensed massage therapists do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe treatment.

Massage therapy is complementary care and not a substitute for medical treatment.

Physician clearance may be required prior to scheduling wellness massage therapy following surgery or when under medical care.

Professional Conduct Policy

Massage therapy is provided in a professional therapeutic environment.

Any sexual comments, gestures, or actions will result in immediate termination of the session and the full appointment fee will be charged.

Fragrance-Free Policy

My Tampa Massage is a FRAGRANCE-FREE PRACTICE. Please arrive without perfume, cologne, scented lotions, body sprays, or strongly fragranced hair and body products. CLOTHING MUST ALSO BE FREE OF NOTICEABLE FRAGRANCES.

THIS POLICY APPLIES TO ALL CLIENTS AND ANYONE ACCOMPANYING OR ASSISTING THEM WHILE ENTERING OUR OFFICE.

To maintain a comfortable environment for everyone, arriving with a noticeable fragrance may result in the appointment being canceled and charged in full.
