Request a refund for your massage using the form below. Include your appointment date and a brief note about what went wrong, and we'll respond within a few business days.
Cancellation Policy
24 Hours or Less Before Appointment: 100% of the session fee will be retained. No-shows are subject to the same policy.
Purchase & Refund Policy
Purchases made in error may qualify for a refund if requested within 24 hours of the original transaction. Approved refunds are subject to a 5 percent processing fee.
Session packages (3, 6, or 10 sessions) are non-transferable. Sessions cannot be transferred to another person.
If you wish to gift massage therapy to someone, please purchase a gift card instead of booking sessions in your name for another person.
